Deer Park is an industrial park with a land area of 11.58 acres, located on Boulevard 2000 Tijuana. This project consists of an industrial warehouse with a total area of 23,510 square meters (253,060 square feet), which is available for rent as a whole or can be subdivided into two units.

With a height of 9.15 meters, high-resistance floors, two concrete ramps (one per unit), and sixteen loading docks (eight per unit), it also offers one parking space for every 150 square meters.
